1. Marketing of commercial properties of the City of Rüsselsheim

Although 60 per cent of the premises have already been sold, our marketing of properties in this trading estate continues unchanged, especially by pro-actively approaching potential investors and suitable promoters. We are also planning special promotion activities such as the participation in the property trade fair Mipim (as co-exhibitor of Rhein-Main-Marketing) and in the Expo Real (as co-exhibitor of Kreis GG), as well as promotion activities at a range of events that are geared towards our target audience (Business Matchmaking of the Chamber of Commerce (IHK), conventions, etc.). After selling a property, we continue providing our services to investors.

Commercial properties
Forwarding and pursuing enquiries about properties available for sale and for lease. Support of private property owners and investors in their negotiations. Feasibility studies of planned building projects in collaboration with specialist divisions “Planning and Environment” (town planning, development plan) and “Building Inspection” (responsible for granting planning permissions). Organisation of planning conferences (town planning, building inspection, civil engineering office, environmental services department, fire service, etc.).
Support of private property owners, investors and tenants in selling and buying as well as renting commercial property in the context of the services provided by Rüsselsheim Business Services.  

City centre

Forwarding and pursuing enquiries about commercial properties and office spaces. Support of private property owners in renting and selling commercial properties and commodities. Coordination of temporary or interim use (management of vacant properties). Support of owner-operated businesses in finding a successor. All activities are executed in coordination with the specialist divisions of environment and town planning, the city management and the Treffpunkt Innenstadt e. V., a non-profit organisation of Rüsselsheim retailers and service providers, if required.

3. Real estate project development

Assessment of development potential of suitable real estate. Support of private property owners / developers / investors in conception and implementation of projects (coordination, contact with suitable / intended target sector) in collaboration with specialist divisions “Planning and Environment” (town planning, promotion) and “Building Inspection” (responsible for granting planning permissions).


4. Online real estate market

Management and expansion of the “Immobilienbörse Rüsselsheim” (online real estate market). Constant maintenance of offers and enquiries.
